- custom dental whitening trays (we take impressions at your first appointment)
- take home teeth whitening gel system
- teeth whitening gel every six months at your teeth cleaning appointment.
Participation in this program requires semi-annual dental visits including examination and cleaning in order to receive your touch-up teeth whitening gel.
